For my Journalism 2.0 class we had to read an excerpt out of this book from author Jeff Jarvis. He talked about how the internet has changed consumer behavior. When he complained about Dell computers he found out many people shared his opinion. Also, these big corporations now are keeping their eye out for anything on the internet to keep their brand and image in a positive light. I agree with this because now you see companies responding to complaints on Twitter and other social networks to seem as if they are in touch with the people who support their products.
